Rachel joined Polaris in October 2018, as a Senior Consultant. She has over 6 years in the defence domain including working in the Middle East to establish a Joint Venture focusing in defence procurement and consultation support. With proven and effective leadership skills she has won, designed, led and delivered a variety of complex Ministry of Defence (MoD) projects. As an accomplished Operational Analysis Consultant with a strong competency in Soft System Methodology, requirements capture and customer engagement techniques, she has successfully delivered projects to UK MoD, Qatar MoD and to Industry.
Through her years at Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) and QinetiQ she has developed a breadth of expertise across the following areas: Planning and Supporting Land Vehicle User Trials, Land Vehicle Stowage & Capacity, DE&S JSP 507 Investment Appraisal on vehicle procurement, Vehicle deployability Analysis, Military Engineering domain, Military Research Reporting, Requirement Gathering and Requirement Assessment.
